Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager with a solid understanding of digital marketing. In this role, you will be the key link between our internal teams and assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communication, and capable of managing multiple client accounts with professionalism and strategic insight. Key responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management – maintains a partnership-based relationship with clients through proactive communication, understanding of client needs, and expectation management throughout the entire engagement;
  • Client Request Processing – translates client inquiries and requests into clear briefs and operational tasks for teams, with defined timelines, priorities, and budgets;
  • Client Delivery Management – guides the client through the delivery process, ensuring that conceptual and final solutions are presented, revised, and delivered on time;
  • Revenue Growth – grows revenue per client through sales and upselling, preparation of proposals, and support in negotiations in line with the sales policy;
  • Financial Management – ensures timely invoicing and collection for client accounts, with proper documentation and tracking of receivables status;
  • Reporting – plans own work and provides transparent reporting on account performance (sales, upselling, collections, complaints), including the implementation of agreed corrective actions;
  • Service Offering Development – brings market and industry insights from assigned sectors and initiates improvements to services and offerings to increase value for clients and the company;
  • Complaint Management – manages the complaint process from receipt to closure through communication with the client and internal teams, while protecting relationships, deadlines, and business results.

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Excellent command of the English language – mandatory;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to organize work efficiently;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
