Google Ads Specialist

We Are Ai is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team – with the flexibility to work from our office or remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to boost visibility, traffic, and profitability for our clients. You will manage ads accounts, monitor performance, prepare clear and timely reports, and continuously explore new formats and market trends. By collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Campaign planning and creation – developing campaign strategies in line with client goals and budgets, selecting campaign types, keywords, targeting options, and ad formats
  • Performance monitoring and optimization – daily tracking of campaign results, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate), optimizing budgets, ads, and targeting parameters
  • Reporting and analysis – preparing performance reports, analyzing trends, comparing with previous periods, and providing recommendations for improvements
  • Collaboration with internal teams – ensuring alignment of paid campaigns with broader marketing activities, providing input and support to achieve consistent strategies and effective client communication
  • Technical compliance – communicating with Google platform support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring full compliance with Google Ads policies and guidelines
  • Market and trend research – continuously monitoring competitors, industry trends, and new campaign formats, proposing innovative approaches and tools
  • Process and tool optimization – identifying best practices, suggesting new tools or methodologies to improve productivity and campaign efficiency
  • Support for development projects and knowledge sharing – participating in trainings, sharing knowledge within the team, testing new campaign types, and contributing to process improvement

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in independently managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and working with Google Analytics 4 (Matomo preferred), including attribution and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for event tracking and advanced measurement configuration
  • Ability to create reports and visualizations using Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to optimizing campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail in working with data and budgets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proactiveness, curiosity, and willingness to continuously adopt new trends and tools
