Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with knowledge of digital marketing to lead and develop relationships with the agency’s key clients while ensuring the successful implementation of their marketing strategies. We expect candidates to demonstrate efficient project management skills and proactively adapt solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Regular communication with clients;
  • Identifying client objectives;
  • Developing project plans, identifying the required departments, and ensuring their effective coordination;
  • Delegating tasks to team members;
  • Ensuring the quality of all delivered results and materials from all departments;
  • Setting and managing budgets and deadlines for individual project segments and the project as a whole;
  • Defining necessary external services and selecting the best offers;
  • Coordinating and executing various ad-hoc client requests;
  • Monitoring project progress and adjusting strategies in line with objectives;
  • Regularly gathering client feedback to monitor satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
